Body By Strength is a combo training gym that offers 1v1 personal training, semi-private training, and 24-hour open gym membership for regular gym use. We have a balanced equipment selection ranging from the standard upper/lower body machines in most gyms to specialized equipment specific to overall fitness and health.
In 2020, the main goal of our gym was to create a place for someone wanting to learn how to train specifically for a goal. Now, in 2024, our next goal is to also be the place for someone to conquer any creative fitness-related goal on their own, at any time, at our combo gym with added space and equipment. BBS FIT
60-Day Challenges
This is the largest class option we offer at our lowest rate. BBS Fit classes are designed to be progressively challenging with a generalized goal of burning fat and improving overall strength and conditioning. Each 60-Day Challenge will be one of its own with unique progressions and training formats.
