FAQS

HOW DO I BOOK AN INTAKE ASSESSMENT?

Call or email us today to schedule a free assessment and review goals with a trainer. Expect assessments to take 30-45 minutes and make sure to wear something that allows you to move! Everything we do at BBS is on a set schedule and by appointment only, so contact us today to get your fitness or sports journey started!

IS THERE A COMMITMENT LENGTH, IF SO, HOW LONG MUST I COMMIT?

We ask that our personal training clients  (1v1, 2v1) commit to a minimum of three months, but we do offer discounts for longer commitments such as six, twelve, and eighteen-month commitments.

We give the option for our BBS Groups clients to commit monthly or for a full six months. When our clients choose the six-month commitment and more people added to that class they receive another discount on the monthly price.

We ask that our BBS Fit participants commit to the full 60 days, prepaying at the beginning of each month. If participants choose to pay for the 60-days in full they receive a discount.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES FOR TRAINING?

Personal training fees range from $40-$55 per session, depending on the frequency of training. We have a minimum of two to three times a week for personal training clients, but if clients find that they need four or five times a week, then we add a discount to per session price.

BBS Groups range anywhere from $16-$22 per session depending on group size and commitment length.

BBS Fit is set on a $129 per month unless 60-day challenges are paid in full for the entire 60-days.

HOW MANY TRAINERS ARE WORKING THE GYM FLOOR AT ONCE DURING PERSONAL TRAINING ONLY HOURS?

Right now only one or two trainers are working the floor at once. When we add more trainers down the line, there could be three to four trainers working the floor on any given hour. We expect that to happen in months five to eight.

HOW LONG IS EACH TRAINING SESSION?

Personal training sessions are 45 or 60 minutes long. Clients choose session length before starting any training based on their goals and recommendations from the trainer.

BBS Groups sessions are 60 minutes long.

BBS Fit sessions are 45 minutes long.

We just added a 30-minute class option for individuals over the age of 55 who need less intense workouts.

DOES TRAINING AT BODY BY STRENGTH COME WITH NUTRITION PLANS?

We give training templates to our personal training and BBS group clients. We do not currently have a registered dietician on our team, therefore we cannot prescribe exact diet plans to our clients. What we can do is give our clients templates that can aid in building their own meal plans based on specific caloric intake numbers and macronutrients with a wide range of food options and recipes.

WHAT ARE THE TYPICAL GOALS THAT BODY BY STRENGTH HELPS WITH?

Body By Strength works with all client types and goals. The trainers we currently have work with mainly fat loss/muscle tone, overall strength and conditioning, and athletic sports and conditioning. We are working on bringing on another trainer to help diversify to another client type very soon.
