We're glad to announce our gym expansion, now offering all-day open gym membership to our additional side of 3,800 square feet. New members will have access to the Side A: 4am-11pm, Side B: 4am-8am, 12pm-3pm, 6:15pm-11pm
At Body By Strength, we believe in meeting goals and training for a purpose, so we clear out one side of our gym to allow training clients semi-private access and privacy during the specified personal training hours for Side B (hours listed below).
Side A: 4am-11pm Side B: M-F 4am-8am, 12pm-3pm, 6:15pm-11pm

Side B: M-F 8:00am-12:00pm / 3:00pm-6:15pm
This is the largest class option we offer at our lowest rate. BBS Fit classes are designed to be progressively challenging with a generalized goal of burning fat and improving overall strength and conditioning. Each 60-Day Challenge will be one of its own with unique progressions and training formats.
