Isaiah Montano, NASM-CPT, PES, CNC
CEO

Isaiah has been a personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for the last four years now. Along with being a certified personal trainer, he is also a performance enhancement specialist through that same nationally accredited organization.

Isaiah's journey began as an athlete that always strived to get and stay ahead of his competition. He took on different types of training programs beginning at the age of thirteen and hasn't stopped since. As he got older, he noticed a drastic impact that training had on him physically, but more importantly, a drastic and positive impact training had on him mentally. That's when he knew he wanted to make personal training his profession and offer that same positive impact and influence to others in his community. After obtaining his Associate's Degree, he joined the National Academy of Sports Medicine where he was able to take and complete direct courses that related to his profession of personal training. The National Academy of Sports Medicine requires continuing education credits every two years to keep a certified personal trainer title current, which means the learning never ends and the service provided always improves.

Isaiah has since created a mobile personal training business that recently transitioned to its own facility. He aims to build a team of trainers that will help many people in Salem and the surrounding reach their fitness-related goals.
